Baby # 2

Here is baby # 2! I'm not certain how big the pictures will be, but I'll give you the most important details as far as all the writing is concerned. The baby was measuring 11 weeks, 5 days; it's heartbeat was 176 bpm; it's length was 5.04 cm. Oh, I almost forgot! Here's a funny little story about the ultrasound. In the Women's Center they always have light rock music playing. A Phil Collins song was on when we started the ultrasound, and the baby was moving it's arms and legs in similar motions. It looked like he/she was dancing! Dr. Fower's said, "The baby likes Phil Collins, it looks like he's dancing!" Hopefully we can change the baby's preference in music before he/she arrives!!

The secret's out!

Well, I guess now we can officially let our "secret" out-- we're expecting! Our second little one is due to arrive on May 26th! He/She is growing well and has a great heart beat! I've been feeling pretty good, so all is well! I'm going to try to scan the ultrasound picture and post it, but it might be a day or two before I get it up! We're so excited and so happy to finally let the cat out of the bag :-)

Trick or Treat

Chloe's all ready to go get some candy with her pumpkin bucket. I know, I know. I even bought fabric to make her a little bag, but time got away from me and it just didn't get completed! But at least she have one next year :-) She really enjoyed getting the candy, though she was confused at first. It was as if she didn't really understand why she was walking around with a ton of other kids in costumes while being given candy from people she didn't even recognize! By the end she was attempting to grab handfuls of candy out of baskets and buckets :-)

Our little witch

Cheese! Here's my little witch costume :-)
Is she coming up with a potion to get candy?!
So cute!
She getting ready to fly to trunk or treat! Don't you love this little broom?! Chad made it for Chloe. She didn't like it at first, but it grew on her :-)

Green Hair

For Chloe's witch costume, we colored her hair green! No, that's not all we did, but we wanted to take a few pictures of her hair without her hat so you could really see it. It turned out great, and she didn't even mind:-)
So cute!

Pumpkins & Flour

Here's Chloe licking the spoon she used to help Chad clean his pumpking with... yuck!
Chloe is trying to figure out how to dig the pumpkin guts out!
Sweet smile :-)
Chloe helped me make pretzels a few days ago. They turned out yummy, and Chloe turned out MESSY!!

It's been awhile!

Peek-a-binky! I see you! Whoa, it has been almost a month since we've posted any pictures! We were really quite busy in October, and we didn't really take a lot of pictures... But here are a few randoms from the month of October!
Ok, so you're probably wondering why I'm posting a picture of a Boxelder bug and Chloe's kitty. Well, a few weeks ago she made friends with this bug. Here is the bug crawling by the kitty Chloe showed it.
She pulled out all of her animals and named them for the bug. She was sad when we lost him (though I think she accidentally smashed him and broke a couple of legs because I saw him later limping)!
Here's my girl acting silly with her turtle, which is actually for the tub! She loves it because it swims, so she occassionally finds it to play outside the tub :-
Cheese in her doughnut jammies!
