Bowling & another pregnancy pic

Because Chloe enjoys bowling so much, Mom took us all bowling-- well, except for me, but I was there to take pictures! Here's Chloe showing her excitement that she knocked down almost all the pins!
Ginormous cheesers while posing on her orange ball
Cutie in her suspender tee ;-)
Ahh yes, I figured it was time for another pregnancy photo. I'm almost 32 weeks, which is getting scarily close to the end! Don't get me wrong, I AM extremely excited to meet this little girl, but with only 8 weeks left I have SO much left to do! Tackling a pre-delivery to-do list is much more difficult with a toddler running around :-)

Beauty outdoors

It was relatively nice today, so we took Chloe outside to play. She was having so much fun playing with the sand in her sensory table, especially with the cute new sand toys Grandma got her :-) I caught this adorable smile by chance-- it was there, I snapped the picture, and then it was gone! She looks gorgeous in the light apple green color of her spring jacket-- thanks for the cute new duds too, Grandma Fredericks :-)

"Cute little bed..."

We decided a few weeks ago that Chloe might be ready to try sleeping in a toddler bed, which would entail a simple change of the front crib side. So, we ordered her some new bedding and when it came we switched her crib over to the toddler bed. She watched while we made the switch, and she was happy to jump in and try it out as soon as it was complete. We asked her if she liked her bed, and she said, "It's a cute little bed!" We took that as a "yes!"
Big cheesers from her pillow-- she was really quite excited about the pillow because she's never had one before :-)
Here's a full shot of the bed, but a sad shot of Chloe-- she stopped being enthusiastic about taking pictures in her bed relatively quickly!
I'm sure that many of you may be wondering how she's handled sleeping in her "cute little bed." We're happy to report that she's been fabulous. It's been one week in her toddler bed, and every day up until today she's called for us for both naps and waking up from sleeping overnight. When we go in she'd be either standing next to her crib holding Mr. Monkey or sitting on the edge swinging her feet! Today, however, Mom and I were visiting during Chloe's nap and I thought I heard footsteps in our bedroom. A second later the door opened and she came out with a smirk on her face! It was so cute :-)

"Take Mr. Monkey on a walk?!"

Today was FINALLY an awesome day weather-wise, and we were actually able to be outside for a significant amount of time without getting cold... at all! When I told Chloe that we were going to be able to go outside, she immediately asked, "Take Mr. Monkey on a walk? Can we?!" Mr. Monkey, for those of you who may not know, is the sock monkey that Grandma Taylor made for Chloe before she was even born (in fact, I think it was just as much for Chad since he kept telling his Mom how much he liked them and would like one for Chloe when she was born). She sleeps with him WHEREVER she goes, and now he's become sort of a constant companion for her. Nevertheless, she wanted to take him for a walk, but we had to pack a diaper bag for him too (located on the right handle of the stroller)! She looks so proud to be taking him for a walk :-)
Doesn't she look like a little mommy?! Too cute! We walked down the street, which took us approximately 20 minutes and then it took nearly 40 walking back! We listened and looked for birds, discussed shadows, heard several other animals including dogs and cows, collected rocks, observed the track team running around the block, figured out where all the cars that drove by were going, and the list goes on. I was hoping to get back in time to have dinner ready for Chad, but to our surprise (though I should have known better than to expect to be back in time to make dinner) Chad actually beat us home. The only normal speed we experienced on the walk was at the end when Chloe saw Chad getting out of Brian's car and started running to him! Haha! It was hilarious :-)

Chloe and her many babies

One day last week Chloe wanted to sit all of her babies and a few of her bears up on the couch. Here she is right after she got them set up and decided to climb up to sit beside them!
I actually caught a cute little smile from her :-)

Here's the pack! She even organized them, as well as she could based on numbers, alternating bear and baby. Please notice the fact that all of her babies that can be naked are and ALWAYS are!

Silly Chloe

Chloe was being super silly one day and decided to climb into this empty diaper box :-)
Check out that chocolatey mug! She loves to help cook, especially if we're baking. We were making chocolate oatmeal cupcakes when she asked to taste the batter. This was the result!

Such a goofy girl!
Giving daddy a HUGE cheese :-)
After church one Sunday, Chloe asked to watch an episode of Curious George while we made dinner. What a silly candid shot of her relaxing on the couch; although, I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with my legs all up around my face!!
