What a fun-filled Fourth of July we had! Here is a picture description of what our day entailed!

Yes, that's Berkley in dress up shoes. You might ask if she can walk in them, well yes she can, almost better than Chloe, in fact. She loves them and refuses to wear any other shoes if they are within her view. Once we get another disc for our camcorder, a video will follow. It is, in a word, hilarious :-)

a mini swim party

We had Taya & Melanie over for a fun swim day last week. It was so much fun; the girls loved the water and playing on our swings/slides. Here's Berkley and Taya "playing" in the treehouse. Haha- Berk is desperately trying to pull Taya's ponytail out!!

Ok, so this is not my favorite picture since you can't really see Chloe, but I absolutely love how the water coming off of the boat turned out! They almost look like icicles!

Haircut

Chloe finally agreed to get her hair cut, and we couldn't be happier! Brittany, the cute girl who does my hair, cut it, err chopped it. We literally took 4-5+ inches off (and I wouldn't have cared if it had even been another inch or so)! I had her cut it with a slight a-line, which is so easy to style and super flattering!

Both of our girls have enjoyed picking flowers this summer, well we have to use the term flower loosly because anything that looks like a flower in their minds is one. We're so happy that summer is here and that Chloe won't be sweating so much with long hair on her neck :-)

It's been awhile...

Berkley is a MESS when it comes to eating, though I must give her credit and say that it is getting slightly better.

Eww! Haha! Berkley LOVES Chloe's bike helmet; in fact, she honestly wears it more than Chloe (though that isn't saying much since Chloe suddenly doesn't want to ride her bike anymore). The "eww" comes from the chewed up granola bar that is oozing out of Berk's mouth :-)
